Gulab Bari, the rose garden is one of the most beautiful gardens in town. Sprawling over a large lush green area, the complex houses mausoleum of Shuja-ud-daulah, the 3rd Nawab of Awadh, along with his parents. The splendid mausoleum has a huge dome and is surrounded by a wall. It has two big gateways to enter the complex.
Landscaped in the 18th century, one will be amazed by the varieties of colorful roses planted in the garden.
